William was born November 30, 1923 in Louisville, KY to William and Cordelia Schaad. He was a Freemason, and a retired boilerman.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Edna Schaad; sons, Mike Schaad and Donnie Schaad.
Survivors include daughter, Candi Texas (Rick); sons, Lindsey Schaad (Pam), Billy Schaad, and David Schaad (Alma); 11 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
