William E. "Bill Bill" Allen, Jr., 48, passed away, Tuesday, October 19, 2021. 

He was born July 22, 1973, in Louisville, Kentucky to William E. Allen, Sr. and Wilma J. (Lawrence) Allen. Bill Bill lived his life like " A Rebel Without A Cause" .

Bill Bill is preceded in death by his loving mother, Wilma J. Allen; and his grandmother, Melvina DeWitt. 

Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Torrez (Ralph); son, Clinton Allen; father, William E. Allen, Sr.; step-mother, Sharon Judd (Rick); four sisters, Lisa Abernathy, Theresa, Ashley and Danielle Allen; two grandchildren, Bradley and Noah Allen; beloved aunt, Phronie Lawrence; companion, Sonya Gibson; and several, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Legacy Funeral Center-Schoppenhorst Chapel, 1832 W. Market Street from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00p.m. with the memorial service starting immediately after visitation at 5:00p.m.
