Violene Briscoe

Born in New Albany, IN July 20,1960, to Herman and Violene Robertson. Violene was a devoted Christian who took great joy in caring for all animals. She had a special place in her heart for all her feathered friends who visited every day. She was a devoted McDonalds worker and a loved family member by her family. Violene loved her McDonald's family at Allison Lane in Jeffersonville IN. She was known as the "McDonald's Queen of Drive Thru" to many of her beloved customers. She will be remembered most for her contagious laugh and radiant cheerful personality. She was a faithful source of strength, inspiration, and hope to those around her. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, eating, and being out in nature. She was always cheerful and happy and will be remembered for the love she gave to all she knew. She made everyone around her feel welcomed and cherished. She will be dearly missed until we all unite again.

She is survived by Her Brothers Norval and Sherman Robertson; Cousin ,Alinda Yeager, non- biological daughter Alicia McDowell, close friend Stephanie Powell, Allison Lane, McDonalds family and, significant other Mike Thomas

There will be a Celebration of Life held on November 20, 2023 from 4-8pm at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
