Tyrone Kennedy

Tyrone Kennedy, age 65, of Louisville, KY, passed away on January 26, 2025. He was born on
September 12, 1959, in Louisville to the late John David Kennedy and Bernice Taylor Kennedy.

Tyrone was retired from Dependable Tires. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing, and working on
cars. Anyone who knew him knew that before you could even ask for a ride, he would say, "Truck gotta get paid".

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ester Taylor, William
Taylor and Elizabeth Taylor; his niece, Zola Jones and his great nephew, Cameron Patterson.

Tyrone is survived by his brother, Darnell Taylor; sisters, Terria Jones Farmer (Michael), Teresa
Kennedy, and Tonia Kennedy; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends
who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, from 4 PM until 7 PM and on Saturday,
February 8, 2025, from 9 AM until the time of service at the Legacy Schoppenhorst Chapel,
1832 West Market St, Louisville, KY 40203.

A funeral service will take place at 11 AM on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the funeral
home, with burial to follow.

Tyrone will be remembered for his generosity, humor, and love for his family.
