Tina Marie Ford

Tina Marie Ford, 66, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025, at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. She was born on January 8, 1959, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to the late Oscar B. Stewart and Susie Yates.

Tina retired from AT&T Company after many years of dedicated service. She was a woman of immense compassion and a heart full of love for her family and friends. She dedicated much of her life to helping others, notably through her work as an active sponsor with the AA program, where she offered guidance and support to those in need and was a member for 38 years. Tina’s love for music and singing was a constant joy in her life, and she cherished every opportunity to share this passion with those around her.

Above all, Tina was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Tina also had a special place in her heart for her dogs, Buster, Bowser, and Yoshi, who brought her endless comfort and companionship.

In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death by her sisters, Ruth Tarter, Jenny Stewart; brothers, Curtis DeVary, Ernest DeVary.

Tina is survived by her daughter, Susie Shaw; grandchildren, Bethany Hambaugh, Gregory Shaw(Levi); brother, Ronnie DeVary(Brenda), Phillip Stewart(Judy); sister, Patricia Oberhausen.

 A celebration of Tina’s life will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 12-6pm with service to follow at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
