Terry Louise Beasley

Terry Louise Beasley, 56, of Louisville, KY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Born on May 29, 1967, to Albert and Rena Mae Beasley Jr., Terry grew up with a vibrant spirit and a heart full of love. Terry was known for her competitive nature and her passion for cooking. She delighted in preparing meals for her loved ones, each dish a testament to her care and culinary skill. Her adventurous soul led her to travel whenever she could, always dreaming of one day visiting Hawaii.

A devoted and selfless mother, Terry's children were the center of her universe. She exemplified unconditional love and sacrifice, always putting the needs of her family before her own. Her generosity and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

In her leisure time, Terry enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She was an avid Uno player, loved listening to Christian music, and never missed an episode of her favorite TV shows, "The Jeffersons," "Good Times," and "The Price is Right." At home, she would often serenade her family with her unique operatic singing, filling their hearts and home with joy.

Terry's legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to family will forever be cherished by those she leaves behind. Her memory will continue to inspire and uplift all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Terry is preceded in death by her parents, Albert Daniel Beasley Jr., and Rena Mae Edwards Beasley; sister, Shirrell Beasley, and grandparents, Albert Beasley Jr., and Willie Louise Lawless.

Left to cherish her memory, Terry is survived by her 4 children, Iesha Beasley, Steven Beasley, Timothy Beasley, and Zoe Beasley; 3 siblings, Angela Beasley, Audra Beasley, and Albert Beasley III; 3 grandchildren, Jayden Beasley, Jordan Beasley, and Ava Beasley; longtime best friend, Sheila; 6 nieces/nephews; and a host of extended family and close friends.

A graveside service for Ms. Terry Louise Beasley will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Green Meadows Cemetery, 3800 Shanks Lane, Louisville, KY.
