Suzanne L. Nichols

Suzanne “Susie” Lynnelle Nichols, 58, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on September 14, 2023 at Green Valley Healthcare Center. She was born on April 20, 1965 in Louisville, Kentucky daughter of the late Revel and Elizabeth (Rudolph) Nichols. Susie was a member of First Christian Church in Jeffersonville, Indiana and was a very special person. She was an outgoing and flamboyant person who loved her family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews. Susie had a memory like no other for birthdays and was a part of The Special Olympics and Volunteers of America. She was an avid Louisville Cardinal fan and dog lover and will truly be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Susie is survived by her sisters; Karen (Donald) Bohannon, Kim Nichols and (Lico) Hernandez; brothers, Brent (Bobbie) Nichols, Brett (Carolyn) Nichols; life time companion, Robby McCoy; life long friend, Krista Bailey along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staffing at Hospice & Green Valley Healthcare Center & VOA  for their excellent care of Susie.

There will be a visitation held on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 10-12pm with service to follow at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
