Suzanne Hart, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2026. She was born on January 22, 1947, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Bob and Doris Lynch.

Suzanne was a light-hearted, funny, and fun-loving woman whose warm personality made everyone feel welcome. Outgoing and personable, she never met a stranger and was loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She found joy in life's simple pleasures, especially cooking delicious meals for family and friends, playing board games, and enjoying a good game of bingo. Her laughter, kindness, and generous spirit will be deeply missed.

Suzanne dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a Certified Medication Technician at Eastern Star Nursing Facility. She took great pride in her work and found fulfillment in helping those entrusted to her care. Her compassion and dedication touched the lives of many residents, coworkers, and their families.

She is survived by her loving children: Tina Price (Paul), Kelly Fawley (Trina), Donna Jones (Wayne), Matthew Fawley (Kristine), Douglas Fawley (Lisa), Pattie Hatchell (Bill), Leah Alvey (Tim), and Denise Dewitt (Willie); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sisters, Diane Holley (Vernon) and Connie Gann; many cherished nieces and nephews; and her beloved dogs, Sophie and Katie, who brought her great comfort and companionship.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Doris Lynch; her beloved husband, Ottis Hart, Sr.; her son, Ottis Hart, Jr.; and several brothers and sisters.

In keeping with Suzanne's wishes, the family has chosen cremation.

Suzanne's legacy of love, laughter, compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Though she will be greatly missed, her memory will continue to bring smiles to those whose lives she touched.
