Scott Mannen Phelps

Scott Mannen Phelps, 41, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Scott Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 10 AM at Legacy Funeral Center Scott Chapel, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville, with burial to follow in Kraft Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 12-8 PM at the funeral home.

Scott was born on January 22, 1980 in Jeffersonville, Indiana.  He was a retired member of Sin City MC served as a Titan and Disciple.  He loved motorcycles, cars and talking politics with his friends and family. 

He was preceded in death by his sister, Sandy Byrd. 

Scott is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Phelps; three children, Scott “Deuce” Mannen Phelps Jr., Lee Titan Phelps, Katlin Phelps; his mother, Angela Cochran; a sister, Dawn Phelps; a sister-in-law, Natasha Byrd; and two nephews, Jackson Phelps and Skyler Byrd.
