Scott Harper, 59, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully at his home on September 21, 2024. Scott was a dedicated car salesman at Bachman Sales, where he found great joy in his work, sharing his passion for cars with his customers and colleagues.
Outside of work, Scott took pride in maintaining his yard, finding tranquility in landscaping and outdoor projects. He was also an avid sports enthusiast, with a deep love for Indiana University basketball and a lifelong loyalty to the Minnesota Vikings football team.
Above all, Scott cherished his family, and his greatest joy came from spending time with them. He will be remembered for his warmth, love, and sense of humor, as well as his devotion to the people he held closest to his heart.
Scott leaves behind a legacy of hard work, love for sports, and the joy he brought to those who knew him.
He is survived by his son, Zachary Harper; daughters, Erin Hilburn (Jordan), Sydney Harper; mother, Sandra Harper; father, Zack Harper; brothers, Bradley Harper (Elizabeth), Terry Harper (Cristie); along with 2 grandchildren, Lucas Harper and Benson Hilburn.
There will be a Celebration of Life held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Wall Street United Methodist Church, 240 Wall Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130 from 4-6pm with service starting at 6:30pm.
