Sara Rachel Fraze

Sara Rachel Fraze, 43, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on January 11, 2021 at her home. She was born on August 12, 1978 in Columbus, Ohio daughter of Steven Seitter and Deidree (Bryant) Whitworth. Sara worked as waitress and enjoyed DIY projects, painting furniture, crafting, shopping and loved her family.

Sara was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Fraze and infant child, Kayson Fraze. She is survived by her children; Kayleb and Kayden Fraze, Tyler Bryant, Elizabeth Brewer; mother, Deidree Whitworth(Huit); father, Steven Seitter(Donna).

Cremation was chosen and entrusted with Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. There will be a memorial gathering held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 5-7pm at Legacy Funeral Center.
