Ruth L. (Schott) Dunn

Obituary

Ruth L. Dunn (Schott), 95, passed away, Thursday, May 12, 2022. 

She was born April 10, 1927 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Conrad C. and Ora L. (Churchman) Schott. 

Ruth was a retired sales associate for Walmart, she enjoyed seek n' find puzzles, reading the Enquirer, travel to Florida, sunbathe, and watching the horse races at Churchill Downs. She will be missed by all who know her. 

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her ex-husband, John E. Dunn; a grandson, Troy L. Dunn and daughter in law, Vicki Dunn. 

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, John C. Dunn (Peggie); two daughters, Debbie R. Bivens (Butch) and Patti L. Bugg (Wayne L.); five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Legacy Funeral Center-Nunnelley Chapel, 4832 Taylor Blvd. ,from Noon- 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 19, 2022,  10:00 a.m., at the funeral home;  with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
