Rickey Lynn Smith Sr.

Rickey Lynn Smith Sr., 56, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 8, 1965 in Jeffersonville, Indiana son of the late Robert R. Sr. and Mary Isler (Caldwell) Smith. Rickey worked for IDX as a laborer in Clarksville, Indiana for many years and attended Wesley United Methodist Church in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He enjoyed his family and friends and especially loved his grandchildren.

Rickey is survived by his daughter, Rickeeta Smith; sons, Rodriguez, Rickey Jr., Dominique Smith; step sons, Brian McGhee, William Jr., Antonio, Corey Ballard, Rickey Pratt; sister, Roni Smith; his significant other, Regina Johnson; niece, Ronetta Smith; nephew, Robert Sheckles along with many uncles, aunts and cousins.

There will be a visitation held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 9:30 to 10:30 with service to follow at 10:30 at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main St. Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. Burial will follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
