Richard Stephen "Steve" Belcher, 81, of Louisville, KY, passed away surrounded by family on March 31, 2023, in Corydon, IN.
Steve is survived by his two children, Brian Belcher and Cheyenne Moran (Cory), as well as three grandchildren, Zoey, Kenzie, and Liam. He was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn and Novy Belcher, and two brothers, Larry and Leland Belcher.
Per Steve's wishes there will not be a service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Parkinson's Foundation to help fund research of this disease.
