Raymond “Randy” Maxwell Watts, 68, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021 in Louisville, Kentucky. Raymond was born in Buffalo, New York on February 8, 1953. Randy spent his life serving the community as a caregiver and nurse to the mentally handicapped and elderly. He loved to dance and spend time with his friends. Anyone who met Randy would tell you he's somebody you could never forget. He was a very outspoken individual, who always told you what he thought and wouldn't back down. Randy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Raymond is survived by his longtime partner, Shane Hawkins; his adopted family, Donna Kochersperger and Heather Bell; and a host of extended family and friends.
