Randy Allen Rose, age 70, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on April 23, 2026. He was born on March 25, 1956, in Louisville to the late Randall and Margie Rose.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Linda and Richard Stinson, Peggy Combs, and David Rose.
He is remembered by his son, David Allen Rose; his grandchildren, Taylor, Caleb, Peyton, Avery, and Lucas; his nephew, Tony Stinson (Nancy); and his niece, Stephanie Meredith (Dion) as well as several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Randy was a kind-hearted and selfless individual who truly never met a stranger. Known for his politeness and warm spirit, he left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. He found great joy in watching University of Kentucky basketball, old westerns, and episodes of The Rockford Files.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 1, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Legacy Funeral Center – Schoppenhorst Chapel, 1832 West Market Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40203. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
The family has chosen cremation.
Randy will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
