Ralph Jason Cook Sr.

Funeral services for Ralph Jason Cook Sr., 63, of Louisville, KY, will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Neurath and Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market Street, Louisville, KY, with burial to follow in Peonia Christian Church Cemetery in Grayson County, Kentucky.  Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-7 PM at the funeral home.  He passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. 

Ralph was born on December 2, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Eugene and Laura Cook.  He loved classic rock music and playing his guitar.  Ralph enjoyed a good game of chess and admiring old cars.  He will be deeply missed by his family.  

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Wayne Cook.    

He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Teresa Cook; six children, Michelle Wilson, Tessa Goodman, Ralph Jason Cook Jr., Branden Cook, Dustin Cook, Sandra Cook; four sisters, Angela Miller, Laura Regina Cook, Carol Dunn, and Ann Mayfield; his cousin/brother, Donald Cook; and seven grandchildren, Devin, Paris, Dax, Dustin Jr., Dillon, A’milla, and a little one on the way.
