Nicholas Richard Daddona

Nicholas R. Daddona, 92, of South Louisville passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021. Nicholas was born to the late Thomas Daddona and Josephine Gentile Daddona in Long Island, New York on September 1, 1928.

Nicholas was a good-hearted friend, and loved his family very dearly. He proudly served in the United States Army. Nicholas was preceded in death by his loving wife Dorothy. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Left to treasure his memories, Nicholas leaves behind his sons, Richard Daddona (Nancie), Robert Daddona, and Joseph Daddona (Cheryl); daughter, Julie Orr (Jimmy); nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren (with one on the way); his brother, Cosmos; his sisters, Giacondina, Katherine, and Juliana; several nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends.

 A funeral service for Mr. Nicholas R. Daddona will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 3 PM at Legacy Funeral Center-Nunnelley Chapel, 4327 Taylor Blvd., Louisville, Kentucky 40215.  Visitation will be held from 1 PM to 3 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.
