Nathan Alan Walker, 18, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on April 6, 2026. Born on December 13, 2007, in Louisville, Nathan was the beloved son of Brandi Swift Spencer and Matt Walker.
Nathan is survived by his loving parents, Brandi Swift Spencer and Matt Walker; his grandparents, Keith and Mary McCallie, and Larry and Jean Sudnick; his siblings, John Wheeler III, Haley Mudd, and Chloe Slayton; his nephew, Jumail Mudd; and numerous aunts, uncles, and friends who will cherish his memory.
Nathan was a kind soul with a protective spirit, always looking out for those he cared about. He had a natural gift for bringing joy to others and was known as the class clown, often making people laugh with his simple but unforgettable humor—especially by saying the word “chicken” at just the right moment.
He loved the outdoors and found happiness in camping, biking, and spending time at the Big Four Bridge. Music was also a big part of his life—he was rarely seen without his headphones, always immersed in the songs he loved.
Nathan will be dearly remembered for his warmth, his laughter, and the light he brought into the lives of those around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
