Martha J (Casebier) Pearl

Martha J. Pearl, 75, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on September 26, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky and was a graduate of Manual High School.  Martha appreciated the simple pleasures in life. She loved a good cup of coffee, watching TV, and a good night’s sleep. Martha knew that there was no place like home, and enjoyed her time relaxing in her own space immensely. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Martha is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Downs and Georgia Norman Downs; and her loving husband Lawrence Pearl.

Left to cherish her memory, Martha is survived by her two sons, Kevin and Darrin Pearl (Paula); her daughter, Shannon Coffman; her three sisters, Patsy Miller (Mike), Debra Lawrence (Robert), and Karen Madison (Jeff); her five grandchildren, Jacob Coffman, Bradley Lachina (Jordan), Corey Pearl, Caleb Pearl, and Hannah Campbell; her three great grandchildren; and a host of extended friends and family.

A funeral service for Mrs. Martha J. Pearl will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Legacy Funeral Center – Nunnelley Chapel, 4327 Taylor Boulevard, Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022 from 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial at Highland Memory Garden will take place on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 3:00 P.M.
