Kathryn "Kathy" Jean (Craig) Frazier

Kathryn (Kathy) Jean Craig Frazier, age 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, under Hospice care at The Hildegarde House in Louisville, Kentucky. Kathy was born on January 11, 1948, to Ralph and Virginia Craig in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Kathy graduated from Silver Creek High School and furthered her education at University of Kentucky where she received her RN degree. For over 30 years she loved working as an ER Trauma nurse and later in her career as a traveling nurse. Kathy was an avid U of K fan and loved talking and boasting about her CATS. She and her husband were also avid Jimmy Buffet fans and were members of the Parrot Head club. Some of her most treasured memories were of the trips to Key West to join other Parrot Heads from all over the country. Kathy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Kathy is preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert "Bob" Frazier; and her parents, Ralph and Virginia.

Left to cherish her memory, Kathy is survived by her daughter, Tammy Nash (Kent); 2 sons Erick Frazier, and Kris Frazier (Kristen); 3 sisters, Karen Craig Donahoe, Lynne Perera, and Beverly Beery; brother, David Craig; 6 grandchildren, 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and close friends.

The family of Kathy Frazier would like to extend a special thanks to the wonderful staff at The Hildegarde House who provided invaluable care in her final months.

A memorial to celebrate her life will be held at a later time.
