Justin Cory Taylor

Justin "Cory" Taylor, age 31, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on March 5, 2025. He was born in Louisville to Steven Sharp and Virginia Taylor. Cory was a passionate mechanic who had an undeniable love for auto repair. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to those stranded on the side of the road. Cory’s love for cars was matched only by his interest in computer technology.

He was a devoted father, cherishing every moment spent with his 4-year-old son, Jameson Cory Taylor. Cory had a big heart and was always there to help others, a quality that endeared him to everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Herbert Taylor, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Tagrid Diab Taylor; son, Jameson Cory Taylor; father, Steven Sharp (Chrissalyn); mother, Virginia Taylor; sister, Gracelee Sharp; grandmother, Cathy Taylor (David Oyler); great-grandmother, Marie Cundiff (Gary Davis); uncles, Herbert Taylor, Jr. and Christopher Taylor; and several friends and family members who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Legacy Nunnelley Chapel Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Blvd., Louisville, KY 40215. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM, with cremation to follow per the family's wishes.

Cory’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
