Julie Marie (Howard) Atkins

Julie Marie (Howard) Atkins,55, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at University of Louisville Hospital. She was born on November 17, 1965 in Jeffersonville, Indiana the daughter of Carolyn (Reynolds) Cardwell and the late Danny Howard. 
Julie was a wonderful homemaker and caregiver to her family. She was an excellent chef in cooking and enjoyed her family, music, great seafood and loved her pets. 

She is survived by her sons; Caleb, Zach, Jordan Atkins; her mother, Carolyn Cardwell; sisters, Tonya VanKleef (Werner), Deidre Wyatt-Pope, Kelly Smithson (Cory); brother, John Cardwell; nieces, Raelyn Cardwell, Eden Pope, and Brooke Johnson; nephews, James "Curtis" Wyatt, Quinton Pope along with many other nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen and entrusted with Legacy Funeral Center at 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana. There will be a celebration of life held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 12-3pm with open mic sharing, starting at 1:30pm at Legacy Funeral Center.
