Judy Cooper Obituary

Judy Ann Cooper, 71, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.  she was born on February 17, 1954, in Lexington, Kentucky, to the late James and Betty Cooper.

Judy was a devoted homemaker, known for her nurturing spirit and unwavering care for her loved ones.  She had a natural talent for providing comfort and support, especially to the elderly, and touched the lives of many with her selflessness.  Her love for family was evident in every meal she prepared, every stitch she sewed, and every game she played with a smile.

A woman of strong faith, Judy was a Christian by belief, and her kindness was a reflection of the love she held in her heart for others.  Whether she was cooking delicious homemade fudge, baking a loaf of bread, or spending time with family and friends playing poker and bingo, Judy's joy and generosity shone brightly.  She was a great cook, and her kitchen was always filled with warmth and the aroma of her signature treats.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Tawnya Moon; sons, Todd Cooper, Anthony Cooper; brother, Jerry Cooper (Karen); along with 7 grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Emma, Jessica, Chase, Chelsea, Cassidey.
