Joyce Ann (Miller) Sullivan

Joyce Ann Sullivan, 59, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021 in Louisville, Kentucky.  Joyce was born on December 29, 1961 to the late William Dean and Mary Ellen Miller in Louisville, Kentucky.  Joyce was a good listener who was calm, cool, and collected.  She loved to read, play bingo and crochet. She could crochet anything with a pattern and especially enjoyed making dolls and blankets. Joyce was a bit of a couch potato and loved to sit back and enjoy her favorite shows, CSI and NCIS.  She loved listening to country music and Elvis Presley.  Joyce will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, William and Mary, Joyce was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard LeRoy Sullivan Sr.; a son, Richard LeRoy Sullivan Jr; a brother, Ray Miller; and a sister, Charlotte J. Smith.

Left to cherish her memory, Joyce leaves behind 2 daughters, Joyce Marie Sullivan and Rebecca Lynn Veatch (James); a brother, William D. Miller Jr.; 2 sisters, Diana Smith and Debi Harrison; and 4 grandchildren.

A funeral service for Mrs. Joyce Ann Sullivan will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Legacy Funeral Center - Schoppenhorst Chapel, 1832 W Market Street, Louisville, KY 40203. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, at the funeral home, prior to the service. Burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central will follow the funeral service.
