John Allen Willoughby Jr., 48, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born May 7, 1973, to the Mary Ann Willoughby and the late John A. Willoughby Sr., in Louisville, Kentucky. John never met a stranger, and even though he could be a bit of a troublemaker and loved to aggravate you, everyone knew and loved him. He was always the life of the party and would give you the shirt off his back. John was a strong, dedicated man, and never asked anyone for help. In his spare time, he enjoyed listening to rock ‘n roll, especially Kiss; watching his UK Wildcats, and New England Patriots; or creating some of his unique welding projects. John will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his father, John Willoughby Sr., John is preceded in death by his uncle, James Moore; niece, Amanda Willoughby; and grandfather, Pop Moore.
Left to cherish his memory, John leaves behind his mother, Mary Ann Willoughby; 2 sisters, Therese Willoughby (Fro), and Anna Robinson (Rob); 3 sons, Dillon Willis, Matthew Dunn, and Brent Cook; 3 nieces, Nikita Wilbert (Brent), Vanessa Willoughby (Brandon), and Kristal Wilbert; 2 nephews, Andrew Willoughby (Vanessa Ann), and Joshua Willoughby (Billie Jo); several great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of extended family and close friends.
