Jerry Wayne Lewis

Jerry Wayne Lewis, 60, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025, at Baptist Health Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

Jerry was born on March 18, 1965, in Louisville, Kentucky, to James and Mary Lewis. He spent his life in his hometown, where he built a reputation as a hardworking and dedicated technician for an appliance company. Known for his strong work ethic and skill, Jerry took great pride in his craft.

Beyond his career, Jerry had a true gift for working with his hands and was a natural when it came to car mechanics. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to family and friends.Jerry cherished spending time with his family, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and warmth.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his sister, Arlene; brother, James Lewis. He is survived by his loving wife, Amanda Lewis; children, Ashley Lewis, Jerry W. Lewis Jr.; sisters, Danielle Lewis, Mary O’Neil.
