Jacob Lee Keith Stillwell, 32, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in Louisville, Kentucky. Born on August 28, 1991, to Joseph Hayden and Kimberly Stillwell in Louisville, Jacob brought light and laughter into the lives of everyone who knew him. Jacob's sense of humor was unparalleled; he had a unique ability to light up any room and bring a smile to anyone’s face, no matter the circumstances. His generous spirit knew no bounds, and he was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. Jacob’s heart was as vast as his capacity for kindness and understanding.

A devoted fan of the University of Louisville Cardinals, Jacob found great joy in watching his favorite team play. Whether it was a thrilling victory or a challenging defeat, his enthusiasm for the Cardinals was unwavering. Jacob's presence will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, kindness, and an infectious zest for life that will be remembered and cherished by all.

Jacob is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Margaret Stillwell; grandmother, Velma Jean Stillwell; aunt, Shelia Stillwell; 3 uncles, Stanley Stillwell, Bobby Mitchell, and Steven Lewis; cousin, Bobbie Jo Mitchell; and his life partner, Will Fair.

Left to cherish his memory, Jacob is survived by his mother, Kimberly Stillwell; biological father, Joseph Hayden; dad, James Pierce; 7 siblings, Amber Leffler, Grant McKinnon, Hunter Pierce, Mason Lewis, Meadow Pierce, Kaden Lewis, and Brian Payton; aunt/mother figure, Margaret Stillwell; uncle, Jeroy Hayden; several other siblings; and a host of extended family and close friends.

A celebration of Jacob's life will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, from 12 PM to 8 PM, at Legacy Funeral Center – Schoppenhorst Chapel, 1832 W. Market Street, Louisville, Kentucky.
