Jack Kirkwood, age 62, passed away peacefully at his home with loved ones by his side on July 20, 2024. Born of late Lena Banister Kirkwood and Homer Melvin Kirkwood in Houston, Missouri on November 30, 1961.
Jack was the proud owner and operator of Jacks Auto Tec, LLC., serving Sellersburg and Clarksville area for over 27 years. The motto, “You Deserve to be Treated Fairly” was not only his business philosophy but how he lived his life. These words will continue to drive his legacy as his business continues to serve the Kentuckiana area
In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in death by his brother, Melvin and his longtime significant other, Kathy Gentry.
He is survived by his siblings, Carol, Rick, Wally, and Jeretta. Jack is the proud father of four children and two step-children, Joseph, Scott, Carolyn, Jennifer, Ashley, and Stephanie. Jack’s passion was to watch his grandchildren grow; we know he will continue to do so. Jack is thankful for the friendship of David Kristopherson, Ray Riveras, and Tom Fanning. Jack is grateful for the love and care of Julie Bartlett during their time together.
