Holly Dee-Anne Kelly

Holly Dee-Anne Kelly, April 8, 1968-November 5, 2021, at 53 years young, gently left her body, surrounded by beloved family.

Holly loved her family most! Her favorite expression of love was in her cooking and baking. Her family really enjoyed her kitchen creations. She also loved reading and collected books and cookbooks, Steven King was among her favorites. She loved music and musicals, Fiddler on the Roof tops the list. As a native of Ohio, Holly loved her Ohio sports teams. Go Buckeyes, Browns & Indians! She liked to play trivia games. One of the oddest things she loved was doing laundry, another way to take care of her kids.

Holly was predeceased by her father, Jim Kovach. Left to cherish her memory are her partner, John Speicher, her children: Danny and Tyler McCarrick, Brittany Irvin (Preston), Dylan and Julia Grace Kelly, step-daughter Emily Kelly, mother, Marcia McMillin (Del), brother Barry Kovach and previous husbands Bob McCarrick (Denise) and Jim Kelly (Teri).

In the future, when you have the pleasure of a good slice of pumpkin roll or hear Abba-Dancing Queen, remember Holly and know she is smiling with you in the shared memory.

A memorial service to celebrate Holly’s life will be held at 3200 Graystone Manor Parkway, Louisville, KY 40241, Saturday, November 13, 2021, 2:00-5:00 pm.
