Hazel K. Terry

Hazel K. Terry, 90, of Louisville, KY, passed away on February 10, 2025. She was born on September 25, 1934, in Fordsville, KY, to the late Ernest Kirk and Govie Smith Kirk. Hazel was a devoted homemaker who loved crocheting, caring for her family, and sharing stories with her siblings. She was a faithful member of the First United Baptist Church Longfield.

In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, James “Bub” Terry; her children, Ronald Terry and Robbie Steven Terry; and ten siblings.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Lindsay Thomas (Josh) and James Terry (Brittany); her great-grandchildren, Elan and Rose; her brother, Curby Kirk; and her daughter-in-law, Vicki Terry.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the Legacy Nunnelley Chapel, 4327 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY 40215. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 noon at the funeral home.
