Glennora Lee Texas, 70, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Born on August 2, 1954, in Jeffersonville, she was the cherished daughter of the late Glen E. and Nancy Hall.
Glennora devoted her life to being a loving homemaker and dedicated caregiver to her family. Known for her warm spirit and generous heart, she found great joy in quilting, creating beautiful keepsakes that will be treasured by her loved ones for years to come. She also enjoyed spending time with friends and neighbors playing BINGO, where her infectious laughter and lively personality brightened every game.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a husband, William Texas: sons, Steven and Kevin Brown, sisters, Janice Broadus and Edwina Hall; brothers, Claude Hall and Fred Hall. Glennora is survived by her sister, Katrinia Phelps and a brother, Randy Hall; step-daughters Christine, Rita, grandson Scott and granddaughter Brianna, along with many nieces and nephews.
Her memory will be carried on by all who knew her and cherished her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family.
