Francis "Frank" M. Greer

Francis “Frank” M. Greer, 86, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on February 1, 1937, to the late Francis M. and Eveline Greer in Brandenburg, Kentucky. Frank was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a dedicated man, and a very hard worker. Frank was a great concrete finisher, and finished many projects all around Louisville. In his spare time, he liked to tinker around the house, go to the drag races, and attend local custom car shows and rod runs. Frank will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, Francis and Eveline Greer, Frank is preceded in death by his loving wife, Daisy Greer; and a son-in-law, Chris Eckl.

Let to cherish his memory, Frank leaves behind 2 children, Sheri Eckl, and David Greer (Pam); 3 grandchildren, Joseph Eckl, David Eckl, and Grace Hargesheimer; and a host of extended family and close friends.

A funeral service for Mr. Frank M. Greer will be held at 12 PM on Friday, April 28, 2023, at Legacy Funeral Center – Nunnelley Chapel, 4327 Taylor Blvd., Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 AM to 12 PM, at the funeral home. Burial at Hebron Cemetery will follow the service.
