Frances (Proctor) Noon

Frances Noon, 80, passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born to the late Claude Edward and Arty Viola Spratt Proctor in Louisville, Kentucky on October 24, 1940.  Frances loved her family dearly and had a great sense of humor. She was a happy go lucky sweetheart with a fiery side. Frances will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis Noon.

Left to cherish her memory, Frances leaves behind Konita “Dimples” Mattingly, her sister, and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Mrs. Frances Noon will be held on Tuesday June 15, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Legacy Funeral Center- Nunnelley Chapel, 4327 Taylor Blvd., Louisville, Kentucky 40215.  Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.
