Fernando Davila-Felicier

Fernando Davila-Felicier, 79, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024 surrounded by his family. 

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at Iglesia Cristiana Cita Con La Vida, 7100 Preston Highway #101, Louisville, KY 40219, with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Thursday at the church. 

Fernando was born on May 17, 1945 in Humacao, Puerto Rico, and was a beloved member of Cita Con La Vida Hispanic Church.  He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother whose caring nature touched everyone around him. His unwavering love, compassion, and gentle spirit will be cherished in our hearts forever.

Fernando is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Carmen Gonzalez-Velez; daughters, Joanna (Yanet), Nancy (Noel) and Michelle (Jose); grandson, Noel (Kaitlyn); granddaughter, Nangely; newborn great-grandson, Elliot; brothers, William, Roberto, Jesus Manuel and Carlos; and his fur-baby, Grecia, Loky and Mia.

Servicio cristiano  será a las 7 de la tarde el jueves 5 de septiembre de 2024 en la Iglesia Cristiana Cita con la Vida, 7100 Preston Highway #101
Louisville, KY 40219, cremación a seguir.

Visitación será de 5pm a 7pm el jueves en la iglesia.

Fernando nació el 17 de mayo de 1945 en Humacao, Puerto Rico y era miembro de la
Iglesia hispana Cita con la Vida.

Fernando era un dedicado esposo, padre, abuelo y hermano.
Su naturaleza bondadosa conmovió a todos los que lo rodeaban. Su amor inquebrantable, su compasión y su espíritu gentil permanecerán en nuestros corazones por siempre. Le sobreviven su amada esposa de 55 años, Carmen Gonzalez-Velez; hijas, Joanna (Yanet), Nancy (Noel) y Michelle (Jose); nieto, Noel (Kaitlyn); nieta, Nangely; recién nacido biznieto, Elliot; hermanos, William, Roberto, Jesus Manuel y Carlos; y sus bebés peludos, Grecia, Loky y Mia.
