Evan Devon Hickerson

Evan Hickerson, 24, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on May 2, 2022 at Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 15, 1997 in Jeffersonville, Indiana son of Stacey Hickerson. He was a graduate of Jeffersonville High School and excelled in wrestling. Evan enjoyed playing football, video games, playing chess and spending time with his loving family especially his nieces and nephews.

Evan is survived by his mother, Stacey Hickerson; God father, Mike Swint; brother, Richard Hayes(Maria); God sister, Elexis Hayes; uncles, Ira Devon Crenshaw(Jolynn),  great uncle, Julius Hickerson; Aunt Iris Thomas(Clarence "Sport" Thomas III); Grandpa Larry Crenshaw; nephews, Braylon, Richard; niece, Gabriella; along with cousins, Anthony Southers, Jataun White, Tiana Crenshaw, Adrian Pratt-Thomas, Aniyah Thomas, Clarence Thomas IV. He is preceded in death by his Grandmother, Janet Crenshaw.

There will be a visitation held on May 15, 2022 from 1:30-2:30pm with service to follow at Indiana Avenue Missionary Baptist Church, 1501 Thomas V Bryant Dr., Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
