Enrique Humberto Dominguez Nava also known as “El Abegado”, 48, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on October 24, 2025. He was born on March 25, 1977, in Mexico City, Mexico.

Enrique was known for his warm, talkative nature and his deep love of learning. He had a curious mind and enjoyed exploring new ideas and experiences. An avid chess player, he found joy in the strategy and challenge of the game. He also had a great passion for cooking and savoring delicious food—always eager to share a meal and good conversation with those he loved.

He is survived by his son, his daughter, three grandchildren, his mother, one brother, and two sisters. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister.

Visitation will be held at Legacy Funeral Center – Nunnelley Chapel, 4327 Taylor Boulevard, Louisville, Kentucky 40215, on Thursday, November 6, from 12 PM to 7 PM, and on Friday, November 7, from 10 AM to 12 PM. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home on Friday at 12 Noon, with burial immediately following at Historic Fairview Cemetery, 800 6th Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150.

Enrique will be remembered for his kind spirit, lively conversations, and the joy he brought to those around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Enrique Humberto Domínguez Nava mejor conocido como “El Abogado”, de 48 años, residente de Louisville, Kentucky, falleció el 24 de octubre de 2025. Nació el 25 de marzo de 1977 en la Ciudad de México, México.

Enrique fue conocido por su carácter amable y conversador, así como por su profundo amor por el aprendizaje. Tenía una mente curiosa y disfrutaba explorando nuevas ideas y experiencias. Aficionado al ajedrez, encontraba gran placer en la estrategia y el desafío del juego. También sentía una gran pasión por cocinar y disfrutar de la buena comida, siempre dispuesto a compartir una comida y una buena conversación con sus seres queridos.

Le sobreviven su hijo, su hija, tres nietos, su madre, un hermano y dos hermanas. Le precedieron en muerte su padre y una hermana.
