Elbert William Franklin, 64, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on January 8, 1957 in Jeffersonville, Indiana son of the late Elbert and Thelma Franklin. Tony was a professional arborist in tree care for 35 plus years and loved his job. He loved life and enjoyed making everyone laugh. Tony will always be remembered as a crazy, fun loving, kind man that would give the shirt of his back if you needed it. Tony will be greatly missed and loved and we will never forget his smiles and laughter.

Tony is survived by his Fiance’ Marsha Oliver; Daughters, Michele, Melissa, and Haley Franklin; Three loving Brothers, Rick Franklin (Monica), Gary Franklin, and Kevin Franklin (Beth); Grandkids, Leanne, Aleisha, and Destiny Jennings, Aerial, and Skylar Blanton, and Maximus Webb; Seven Great Grandkids, and a host of Nieces and Nephews that he loved as his own.

Cremation was chosen and entrusted with Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
