Edward Lee Street

Edward Street, 62, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021 in Louisville, Kentucky.  He was born on February 18, 1959 to the late Eva L. Roberts in Louisville, Kentucky.  Edward was a friend to everyone and never met a stranger. He was a hard worker who loved eating and cooking good food and listening to rock and roll. Edward loved fishing and tinkering with his cars and house.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents Ronald B. and Eva L. Marlett; and his aunt and uncle, Ruth and John Owens.

Left to cherish his memory, Edward leaves behind a fiancée, Bonnie Dunn; children, Aaron Miller (Kasey), Chris Street, Jonathan Miller, Matthew Miller and April Street; 4 brothers, Ronald Marlett Jr. (Andrea), David Marlett (Michelle), Mark Marlett (Connie), John Marlett (Angela) and Kevin Marlett (Heather); grandchildren, Mason, Tara, Haily, Brylee, Caden, Conner, Destiny, Carol and one on the way; great grandchildren, Aalyea, Gracie and Harlynn; and a host of extended family and friends.  Edward will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A funeral service for Mr. Edward Street will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 6 PM at Legacy Funeral Center-Nunnelley Chapel, 4327 Taylor Blvd., Louisville, Kentucky 40215.  Visitation will be held from 2 PM to 6 PM at the funeral home, prior to the service.
