Dorothy Lorainne McCall

Dorothy Lorraine McCall, 88, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on July 27, 2022 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital.

She was born on April 10, 1934 in Browns Valley, Minnesota daughter of the late Fred and Mette (Jorgenson) Kuehn. Dorothy retired after 39 years of dedicated service as a Mary Kay Director. She was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker to her family and a 50-year member of Faith Lutheran Church.  Dorothy enjoyed sewing, crafts, Bible studies, singing in the choir, gardening and most of all loved her husband and family time.

In addition to her parents Dorothy was preceded in death by 10 siblings. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years and 1 month, Gordon McCall; daughters, Linda Woehrle (Mike), Val Manley (Tony); sister, LaVonne Leimer; 3 grandchildren, Brandon Woehrle (Grace), Missy Berger(Bryan), Clay Manley (Laura); along with 6 great grandchildren, Trey, Wyatt, and Wheatley Berger, Ford, Mac, and Laney Manley.

There will be a visitation held on Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 1:30-4:00pm at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. Funeral service will be on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 11am with more visitation before from 9:30 – 11:00am. Burial will follow at Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 1pm.
