Debra Lynn Kelly

Debra Kelly, 66, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on June 28, 2025, in Clarksville, Indiana.

She was born on April 1, 1959, in Scott County, Indiana. A kind-hearted and compassionate woman, Debra dedicated part of her early life to helping others through her work at a local help center in Jeffersonville.

Debra had a creative spirit and a unique talent for crafting miniature dollhouses, which brought joy to those around her. In her leisure time, she enjoyed immersing herself in the world of the video game Skyrim, where her imagination and love for fantasy could flourish. Debra also loved her pet fur babies.

Above all, Debra cherished her family deeply. Her warmth, care, and unwavering love will be remembered by all who knew her.

Debra is survived by her brothers, Jamie Hutchinson and Robert Kelly; along with her nieces Jordan and Brianna Hutchinson.
