David William Book

Book, David William, 68, passed away, Sunday, October 10, 2021. 

He enjoyed watching game shows, playing bingo, cards and watching the kids play video games. He also was a avid UofL fan; and he loved drinking Big Red's. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; and a cousin, Timothy Smith. 

Survivors include several nieces and nephews; James Hazel Jr., Brenda Smith (William), James Hazel III, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Shawn,  Annabella and Chad  Hazel Jr.,  Amanda and Makayla Hall; and Josh Smith.

Several great-nieces and great-nephews, Mysterie, Mason and James Hazel IV. 

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Legacy Funeral Center, 1832 W. Market Street from 10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. with funeral services being held at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
