Cynthia C. Perkey, 75, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021 in Louisville, Kentucky. Cynthia was born on June 17, 1946 to the late Edwin Coburn and Eunice Will in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a loving and kind hearted mother and friend. Cynthia will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory, Cynthia leaves behind 3 children, Donald Perkey Jr., Melissa Perkey, and Charles Jason Perkey.

A Celebration of Life service to honor Cynthia will be held by her children at a later date.
