Christian Aaron Sparks

Christian Sparks, 21, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on December 11, 2024, at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. He was born on October 29, 2003, in Indianapolis, Indiana the beloved son of Chance Sparks and Sonia Arita.

Christian was a kind and hardworking young man who touched the lives of those around him. He worked at Taco Bell, where he was known for his cheerful demeanor and dedication. In his free time, Christian cherished spending time with his family, playing video games, and working on cars—activities that brought him immense joy and fulfillment.

He is survived by his parents, Chance Sparks and Sonia Arita; step dad, Andres Garcia; his siblings, Jelsyn Arita(Debora), Darwin Arita(Delcy), Brency Arita(Walter); along with many cousins and friends.

A celebration of Christian’s life will be held at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130 on Friday, December 20, 2024 from 4-8pm. There will be a service held on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 12pm with visitation before from 9-12pm at Walnut Ridge Baptist Church, 2118 Hamburg Pike, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
