Chad Armstrong Obituary

Chad William Armstrong, 74, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed on Monday, March 25, 2024 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. He was born on March 8, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio son of Edward and Carol (Bowen) Armstrong.

Chad was a skilled construction worker and was a United States Army veteran. He found great pleasure in the outdoors. Whether casting his line into a tranquil lake or walking thru the woods in search of game or racing on the dirt track, Chads love for fishing, hunting and motorsports is what contributed to his adventurous spirit.

Beyond his outdoor pursuits, Chad had a deep appreciation for sports. He enjoyed his Pittsburg Penquins and Cincinnati Reds. He also had an instrumental part in the War Memorial built on Riverside Drive.

Above all he loved his family time and leaves a legacy of love, laughter, and adventure in our hearts.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Armstrong; son, Lance Armstrong (Hanna); granddaughter, Luella Armstrong; and brothers, Kevin, Cory, and Todd Armstrong;
