Carol Jean (Stafford) Thurman

A funeral service for Carol Jean Thurman, 74, of Louisville, KY. will be at 1 PM Friday, June 29, 2017 at Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market St.  Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. 

Carol was born March 7, 1943 in Scottsville, KY. to Herschel and Elsie Stafford.  She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Floyd Thurman; son, Gary Thurman; and brother-in-law, Floyd Cheeks.   

Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Rich; sisters, Teresa Cheeks and Mary McIntosh (William); brothers, Roger Stafford (Barbara), and Gerald Stafford; grandchildren Talia and Trenton Rich; and great grandchildren Aiden and Gabriel Richardson.
