Burley Wade “Binky” Hudson, 52, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on October 25, 2025. Born on January 19, 1973, Binky was the son of Evelyn Hudson Moore and James Hack.

Binky had a one-of-a-kind spirit—funny, stubborn, and full of mischief. He loved aggravating people just enough to make them laugh, enjoyed a good smoke, and had an endless affection for all things Scooby-Doo. He truly marched to the beat of his own drum, living life his way and on his terms.

He is survived by his loving sisters, Bobbie Hack (Steven) and Vickie Payne (Jack); brother, Mikey Korb (Courtney); nieces, Amanda Dee (Tiffany), Kendra Whitler (Adrain),Tatum Hack, Jacelynn Fawbush, and Josie Koren; and nephews, Craig Coggeshall (Selina), Zachary Payne (Callie), and Little Mikey “Tink”; and Godson, Trenton Korb. He also leaves behind his lifelong friends, Joe Dupin and Faith Mercke, who shared in his laughter and adventures over the years.

Binky was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Debbie Whitler, nephews Michael Coggeshall, Lee Whitler and Jonathan Dupin, and his beloved poodle, Petey, who no doubt greeted him joyfully on the other side.

Binky’s unique humor, big heart, and free spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 30, and again on Friday, October 31, from 9:00 AM until the time of the service at Legacy Funeral Center – Schoppenhorst Chapel,1832 West Market Street, Louisville, KY 40203. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 AM on Friday at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Hudson Cemetery, Hudson, Kentucky.
