Benjamin "Benji" Robert Vibbert

A Celebration of Life for Benjamin “Benji” Robert Vibbert, 46, of Leitchfield, Kentucky, will be held at 7 PM, Friday, February 10, 2023 at Legacy Funeral Center – Scott Chapel, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville, Indiana.  Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-7 PM at the funeral home.  He passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at his home.  Cremation was chosen.

Benji was born on August 1, 1976 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Herschell “Benny” Clay Vibbert Sr. and Mona Hunt Maloney.  He graduated from Silver Creek High School in 1995.  Benji was an incredibly talented craftsman and an avid outdoor enthusiast.  He enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing and riding his horses.  Benji never met a stranger and will be remembered for his big personality.  He loved his children and spending time with his family and friends.   

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jeffrey Vibbert and Leon Maloney.

Benji is survived by his two children, Hunter and McKenzie Vibbert; his wife, Tiffany Johnson Vibbert; two siblings, Clay Vibbert (Genevieve), Kim Olliges (Adam); a step-mother, Joyce Vibbert; the mother of his children, Angela Vibbert; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 

Memorial contributions can be made in care of his children, Hunter and McKenzie.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
