Amy Lynn (Cagle) Graves

Amy Lynn Graves, 40, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on November 16, 1982, to Dennis Cagle and Donna Cundiff in Louisville, Kentucky. Amy loved spending time with her family, especially her children, and was a dedicated mom, wife, daughter, sister, and aunt. She was a caregiver at heart, and took her role as a homemaker very seriously. Amy loved the simple things in life, and was always supportive and encouraging to everyone around her. She was quiet and kept to herself, but loved her twin sister Angela, and would give you the shirt off her back if you were in need. In her spare time, Amy liked to watch 911 – Lone Star, TikTok videos, and listen to her favorite Christian music. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory, Amy leaves behind her loving husband, William Graves; 2 children, Natalie Herder, and Luke Graves; twin sister, Angela Cagle; brother, Brian Cagle; parents, Dennis Cagle, and Donna Merritt (Dan); and a host of extended family and close friends.

A funeral service for Mrs. Amy Lynn Graves will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Legacy Funeral Center – Nunnelley Chapel, 4327 Taylor Blvd., Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 1 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home, prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Amy’s name to the St. Jude Research Hospital, or the WHAS Crusade for Children.
