En memoria amorosa de Agueda Caridad Robaina Delgado, conocida afectuosamente como "Mima", "Mama", "Agueda La Caliente" y "Sofía", quien falleció pacíficamente el jueves 2 de mayo de 2024, en Louisville, Kentucky, a la edad de 80 años. Nacida en Cuba de los ya fallecidos Jose Robaina y Benita Delgado, Agueda llevaba consigo el espíritu vibrante de su herencia cubana dondequiera que fuera, encarnando la esencia de la resistencia y calidez que define su cultura.
Para su familia, Agueda no era solo una querida madre, abuela y bisabuela; era un pilar de fuerza y la luz guía en sus vidas. La vida de Agueda será celebrada durante las horas de visitación de 11 a.m. a 3 p.m. lunes el 6 de mayo 2024, en Legacy Funeral Center, ubicado en 4327 Taylor Boulevard en Louisville. Después de la visita, la familia se reunirá para compartir recuerdos queridos de Agueda a las 3 p.m. en la funeraria.

In loving memory of Agueda Caridad Robaina Delgado, affectionately known as "Mima", "Mama", "Agueda La Caliente", and "Sofia", who passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2024, in Louisville, Kentucky, at the age of 80. Born in Cuba to the late Jose Robaina and Benita Delgado, Agueda brought the vibrant spirit of her Cuban heritage wherever she went, embodying the essence of resilience and warmth that defines her culture.
To her family, Agueda was not just a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; she was a pillar of strength and the guiding light in their lives. Her presence was a source of unwavering love and support, and her wisdom and kindness touched the hearts of all who knew her. As the matriarchal hero of her family, Agueda's legacy will continue to live on through the love and values she instilled in each generation.
Agueda is survived by her loving children, Lourdes Maria Lusbel Robaina, Jose Joaquin Lusbel Robaina, and Yanet Carmona Robaina; her cherished grandchildren, Yunior Joaquin Perez Lusbel, Yosdan Lusbel Azteca, Yosdany Lusbel Azteca, Alexis J Roque Carmona, Jose Carlos Lusbel Fernandez, and Rachel Roque Carmona; and her adored great-grandchildren, Yunior Perez Gonzalez, Yilian Perez Gonzalez, Fabian Roque, Yilianne Perez, Adrian Roque, Tristan Lusbel, and Yasiel Perez; and the love of her life, Pedro Rigoberto Remijio Romanes Conocido Rigo “Su Viejo”.
Agueda's life will be celebrated during visitation hours from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Legacy Funeral Center, located at 4327 Taylor Boulevard in Louisville. Following the visitation, the family will gather to share cherished memories of Agueda at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Though she may have left this earthly realm, her spirit will forever remain alive in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
